Once you’ve joined our team you’ll be working alongside people who share your passion and professionalism, your shining service and conscientious practise will take our bright beginners to future stars. So why not take a look at our current opportunities below and take your first steps toward an exciting and rewarding career.

Employees are one of the biggest investments our organisation makes, we support staff to continually improve their skills and knowledge through training, on-the-job learning, other development initiatives and performance reviews. We recognise that progression is extremely important to some employees and aim to help deserving employees to progress, by providing employee development that readies staff for progression, such as training, coaching, mentoring, or involvement in special projects.

We have a career ladder system, which defines the career progression path for employees based on their skills, experience, qualifications and length of service. Staff can enter our business at any level of our career ladder, but we value making the most of the knowledge we already have within our company. Employee progression is also a key element of our succession programmes, where new or younger employees are developed as future replacements for senior staff.

Career Ladder:

  • Nursery Manager
  • Deputy Manager
  • Assistant Manager
  • Team Leader
  • Senior Practitioner
  • Early Years Practitioner L3
  • Early Years Practitioner L2
  • Apprentice

Having a good work home balance is an important part of staff wellbeing, we therefore offer full time, part time or term time employment opportunities.

We welcome application from individual who would like to volunteer at Bright Beginnings.

All staff, students and volunteers must have a DBS  disclosure, two references and if they have lived or worked abroad must be able to provide a police disclosure from that country.
